Spouse of PR

Hello knowledgeable members,
I finally received my PR in 2023. In early 2024, we applied for my husband's PR with me, the PR as the 'sponsor'.
Unfortunately, before Christmas, I lost my job and am on gardening leave. We still have no outcome on my husband's PR application after nearly a year.
What happens if it is approved while I am still looking for a new job? Is there any annex required from the employer of the PR sponsor to complete the formalities?

Losing your job shouldn't affect your husband's PR application if the sponsorship was already submitted and met the requirements. No additional employer documents are usually required unless immigration requests them.

If PR is approved, one of the requested documents to bring for the in-person formalities is the sponsor’s letter of employment…
ICA definitely wants to physically verify any document you submitted online in person.

Yes, but as long as they show that she was employed at the time of application, I think it should be OK? Because that is what they are basing the application outcome on?

Applicant is supposed to update ICA if there is change in employment too.
ICA also can check with IRAS for income too…
