LTVP without pre-marriage approval process duration

Hello, I wonder how long it takes to process an LTVP application if we didn't do pre-marriage approval. (My spouse is Singaporean if its make any difference)
I had ep but lost my job recently; now I have applied for ltvp and pr, what other options there if the ltvp and pr take too long even more than 90 days of STVP duration.
