Can these improve our PR application chances?

Hello Friends,

We are an Indian family of three—my Wife, myself, and our daughter—relying on a single income (IC design/semiconductor industry) . I have been living in Singapore since 2015 and have applied for Permanent Residency (PR) twice, three years and six years ago, but both applications were rejected. We have been working to improve our profile to enhance our chances. I would appreciate your advice on this matter.

Since our previous applications, we have made several changes:

1. We have invested SGD 150,000 in Singapore bonds.
2. Our daughter is now attending school and has completed 3.5 years in Singapore.
3. Both my spouse and I have been actively involved in volunteer activities, participating weekly without fail for the past year.
4. Salary slab changes

Is there anything else we can do to improve our chances further? I understand that the process can be unpredictable, but we want to do our best and rely on a bit of luck as well. Thank you!

Any idea if an insurance (health, term) plays a major role?. Can I contribute anywhere else since I have free time daily in the morning and evening (2-4 hours)?

Thanks a lot for your suggestion, and I appreciate your assistance.

See if you daughter gets in local school, if she gets a seat then wait until she finished psle, you have a chance. Otherwise it is dead end.

None of those help as they are purely self serving. It would be better to engage into the local community. Church temple clubs etc.
