EP Application: Should I count internships as work experience?

I am a recent graduate who has been offered a job in Singapore, however, my work experiences were all internships, one of which was a full-time summer intern which paid me like 1/3 of a regular employee for 3 months in my home country and another one was a part-time student research intern for 1 year at the university which paid me stingily on an hourly basis. Hence, I was either paid less or not really paid a salary.
I am unsure whether I should count these 15 months experience in the work experience section , especially when asked about “fixed monthly salary” in the EP/SP application form. However, my offer is research related so it has something to do with my stingily-paid student research intern.
Should I just remove these internship experiences from the application, which would make me a 0-experience applicant with degree only?
Any comments would be appreciated.
