I’m interested in learning to swim but don’t have much experience and feel a bit unsure where to start. I’ve heard different advice about lessons, practice, and techniques, so I’d like to know what works best for beginners. Any simple tips or personal experiences would be really helpful.

You'll usually learn to use the swim board to swim and practice the kicks and breathing.
Also, they'll teach you to hold against the wall and learn how to breathe in the water.
