what's the difference between outbox and sentbox?

i have noticed some of my replies to messages sit in the outbox. does that mean they havent been sent and need to be resend?

Yup, things in your outbox have not been sent yet. It's either waiting for the next time you connect to the internet or your email server. If you're connected and it's still sitting there, just double click to open the message again, then click send.

sapphire, r u talking abt ur emails on ur computer or pm in this forum?
if it's email, then above posts are rite, if it's pm, outbox mean you sent already but they didn't read ur message, sent box mean they read already
