Just moved to Spore. Can anyone recommend a good paediatrician. I heard of Mt Elizabeth, is that a good place to go to?.

I always recommend our pediatrician. I originally got his name from another board, but now they don't allow recommendations.

He is extremely bright, caring and an excellent communicator. He doesn't over prescribe medicine (which a lot of doctors do here) I can also get in touch with him on his emergency callback number whenever I need to. This weekend my 14 month old fell off a chair and bumped her head. I called to ask if I should take her to the hospital (at 8pm on Saturday night). Of course he said yes, after asking questions and then told me what to expect, what they would look for etc. She is fine by the way, just gave us a scare.

Both my husband and I can't recommend him highly enough.

We love Dr Belinda at Mt E, but unfortunately so does half of Singapore it seems...she has got very busy. But she knows her stuff, is not quick to prescribe drugs and has a good contact system for after hours emergencies (although thankfully we haven'y used that in well over a year)

i love doc tan siew pin from olive tree clinic at the forum shopping mall. a very patient and caring lady.

This thread is quite old so not sure if these doctors are still around..
Would appreciate any current recommendations for pediatricians near Orchard.
