Does anyone have any cheap and good recommendations on printers for namecards and rubber stamp makers?

There are a lot of these shops in this place called Bras Basah Complex.

It's like an art-supplies central in Singapore... and you'll see a lot of banner advertisements when you get there... just look around for those copier shops that also do digital printing.

Forget cheap, does anybody know a good namecard maker in Singapore? My company is trying its third now and quality is once again crap. Fonts and alignments shot to hell, ink bleeding through to the other side... this really shouldn't be rocket science.
