Hi,
Has anyone tried substance hairsalon near city hall mrt? They r having promotion. I'm thinking of trying their rebonding package. Dunno if it's good.

i went ahead with the rebonding at Substance salon. It's really good. My hair is really straight and best of all through out the whole process they kept applying treatment cream on my hair to protect it against all the rebonding chemical. And it's really cheap $130 for all hair length. Rebonding + Treatment + Cut.

Let's face it, pls. Many a time I read in this forum promoting salons with a lot of good claims from "tested" customers. Rebonding is common & its quality depends dominantly on the products, not primarily the salon stylist or salon. Now soft-rebonding is the hype at many reputable salons, not just at cityhall.

I just had my hair coloured and Cut by a New Zealand stylist in Singapore the price was really good and the service and workmanship was 5 star so nice to finally find a decent stylist in Singapore...
She is based at Bukit Timah Plaza name GJ 1 Jalan Anak Bukit Road Level 2 #02-24 really worth visiting and add to facebook as they have some awesome promostions running hair.com & Ltd Editions on fbook but salon i note is called LTD Editions...TOP MARKS
