Lisab, Welcome to Singapore! Good luck with locating a hairdresser who will listen to your suggestions. I have gone to several places for cuts and would only recommend one. The Hairsmith located second floor Tudor Court next to Tanglin Mall. I can't remember the guy's name, but he will cost $80, which is a bit steep. I have also been to Reds at Parkway Parade, and was pleasantly surprised and for $40, it was closer to my price range.
Look around at other expats/ladies, ask around your area. Good luck!
Thanks

Lisab,
I'm fine, thanks! Are you the same Lisab that I answered questions relating to OFS a few months back? If not, sorry; if Yes, welcome. As you may already know students start on the 8 August...3 weeks to go! Good luck with the haircut.
I just returned from 10 days in OZ. Had my haircut with my 'normal' gal, took photos in hopes of helping out the next time I get a cut here. I'll let you know how that goes.

My wife has just returned from The Scene (hairdressers) in Raffles City, and is now in a state of teenage distress, following a most awful hair experience (her words !). Very bad colouring and highlighting ...... urgent help please ladies to try and recover as soon as possible.
We have just moved here and this hasn't helped the settling in time !!!
Please send your recommendations urgently.
Thanks. Worried husband.

by been there done that!
Had a similar horrible experience from another Salon here. Came out looking as if I had tiger stripes! Suggest you try Isaac at Toni & Guy at the Heeren or Steve at the Hyatt - I forget the name of the salon there but it's on the 5th floor - if you call the Hyatt, they will give you the name. Both will give you a good cut and the colourist is fine. Not cheap, but better than another disaster.
