Questions on schools near Avon Park

Hi,
We will be moving to Singapore next month and we are lucky enough to have found a place to live in which is Avon Park. My question is this, I have two kids, my eldest is 5 1/2 years old while my youngest is 3 1/2 years old. I am very concerned in finding a good school for them near this area. I surmised that given their ages I will have to put them in a kindergarten.
Could anyone please recommend a good kindergarten for my kids? How long does this schools operate, from what time to what time? Is it really possible to put your kids from 7 AM to 7 PM in school or are there only a select few who have the said setting?
Will I have a problem in finding a slot for my kids inside the school? We will be moving there in Aug 15 at the earliest or Sept 1 at the latest. Will this pose a problem if I would want to enroll my kids in a specific school?
And what is the difference between a child care center and a kindergarten? Is the curriculum better in a kindergarten setting?
While Child care Centres are Ideal Educare Pte Ltd, Kindercampus Pte Ltd, Ascension Kindercare, UR Kids' Place and Nimbus Treehouse.
Did I miss out anything? Is there a better school than the ones that I have listed above? Can anybody give me their experiences on any of the above schools?
