Wants to go for Tumescent Liposuction for upper arms and abdomen.
Any recommendation?

Local only, so that there's a fallback if there is any post-op problem.
Not Woffles Wu becos he is too expensive.

what's tumescent liposuction? any diff from normal lipo?
I agree Dr woffles is so exp... But is his result always 100% good?
