New here, went for my first facial and pedicure.
But not happy with any of them:

At facial - she did not really clean the skin properly, mainly she applied all possible lotions etc and used various 'machines'.

At pedicure - did not really remove rough skin, mainly scrubbed and applied nail polish.

Is that normal here or I just was not lucky to be in the proper place???

Might be unlucky. Where u go for facial n pedicure? Maybe is a trainee who does it for u?

U can try a nail place called I love nails at Holland village( Chip Bee garden). U can call them for appt at 6476 0602. they r open for business mon to sat 10-7pm. The girls r very friendly and very professional in every way. the embience is superb and they have a full range of nail colors to choose from (OPI, essie and chanel etc). The price is reasonable but u r looking for quality i can assure u this is the place to go check it out. N of course they have a porch that u can park ur car if u r driving.
