Hi,

Is it adviseable to register as a sole proprietor for home based business base on eBay business model? And what clasification of industry does eBay business belong to? Retailing ?etc.

What are the disadvantages and advantages if once intend to registered the above business as a sole proprietor company.

I suggest that you don't even register it first untill it gets big. To start selling in ebay require not much money at first. I don't think you are required to register.

What are u thinking of selling anyway?
