an easy method to remove water retention: DRINK WATER
A lot of people, especially gals, have the misconception that drinking too much water will cause water retention. However, i have a fren who is a doc, advised mine wife to drink water regularly to so call remove water retention. Advised her to drink 200-300 ml water every 2 hours. Not a lot actually, but must drink even if not thirsty.
reason: flush out the so call dirt that trap the dirty water in the body.
This is layman terms of course.
