Yeah, belly dancing is normally danced bare footed.

If you prefer to wear shoes, make sure they are low and have soft flexible soles.

Great, NSI_tequilabot, u've been there. I also want to join. Just wanna ask apart from the bare boot, what type of dress should us wear? causal dressing / sth need to suit for the belly dancing??

Casual comfortable clothes are fine.

Skirts of soft flowy materials looks good but are not a necessity. Pants are OK too.

Dressing up in full belly dancing gear are normally for performances or haflas

Anyway, do come early. Maybe about 8.15 pm for a chat and get to know the other gals. Then lessons would be from 8.30 - 9.30 pm, followed by about 1/2 hour practice before ze boys are let in at 10 pm ! ! !

As stated in the title, belly dancing @ Carnaval is ONLY on THURSDAYS
