Are there any clubs in Singapore playing Rai music??
(It is a cool Arabic dance music...)

I dont know about Rai music.

But the only Arabic bar in town is KAZ Bar located opposite China Square,
off Telok Ayer Street.

Yeah thats right.. Kazbar is indeed the only club playing Arabic music with belly dancers performing too ocassionaly. Nice ambience to chill out in a classy place..
