E-pass

How long is the average processing time for the e-pass? My agent specified Nov 1 in the contract as my start date but the processing of my pass only started last Tuesday.

that's about right; 2-3 weeks. mine was 2 weeks...

Rarely, but I've heard it depends on nationality and background (race?). I was told by HR for my nationality and background it's very common place here so my chances hovered closely above 0% of rejection...
In the end, it's a chance you have to take, assuming you need 1-month notice to current employer?

yours was submit at Nov.1 th or Dec.1th?
mine EP application was submited at Nov. 28th,and
one week later they notified me started to proceed.
up to now,it's about 4 weeks,,,Maybe Christmas is the peak time,
Hope I can get approve letter before Jan.1st

They normally say that it would take 3 weeks for processing, but in most cases you get approvals within 7-10 days. It basically depends on your skill set, supporting papers and of course, nationality and race!

I 'm applying EP,,,the 4th week,
I got the email from MOM ,told me my EP has been approved ,
But now the 6th week, I still have not receive the Approve letter!
So slow my god.

I take it your second sentence below means you have NOT received the letter?
