Anyone used it before? any side effects? is it effective? how much is it? my friend, 15yrs old, want to try it..is that too young? will the weight lost bounce back once we stop using it. pls tell me the honest truth
and do you have to exercise on it also?

Hihi, since your friend is not really that overweight, ask her to exercise!!
I think its good to exercise as it got alot of benefits to your body.
I used to be really lazy.. And didnt want to exercise, I always give up after exercising for a week..But recently, I really had a really strong determination to be fit and slim, so I started to exercise.. And although I have not seen alot of weight loss, I feel healthier.

Your friend can try detoxification too.. I think KK Lass have mention about detoxificaton in other thread.. And it helps to lose weight too.

I tried it before, not very effective for me, although i manage to lose the 2-3kgs after taking for the first month but the kilos came back after i have stopped.

I am not very sure what is the correct age to take, the package i took was about 300plus which is suppose to be the best one. there is one more i think is about $150 which is suppose to be for maintainence.as for the flavour, if i am not wrong they have 3. tropical fruit, chocolate and one more i cannot remember liao.Tropical fruit taste not bad.

I was introduced to Herbalife in Australia,however ,for the product to work , you have to drink lots of water to get all the unwanted dirt out of your body..I will be very frank here,,, my first pack tht i bought was $300+ , the ultimate pack.. but I think its expensive and so now ,I dont buy the pack, i get the Total Control,Herbal Aloe, Shake ,Cell U Loss.. I think it is good enuf..for me i cant complain against the product as I am not the type to drink lots of water.

Hi gals,,actually,, the Body Buffing Cream ,if u need can order from me,,As for myself,, my Distributor told me to take the shake at least twice a day but firstly,,i really cant bring myself to drink any shake..She mentioned that the Shake helps to turn the fats into muscles..

So now I just apply the cream ,take less carbo,,instead of rice, i take chapatis ,,and take the Total control n Cel U loss pills.. but frankly I swear on the cream..
