Any kind soul out there, can you please give me the directions for the 10 test routes?

Dun tell me u r going to remember e 10 test routes? Don't need one. The tester will tell u which way to go. If you remember the test routes u'll be more nervous.

thought of going there with my friend early morning or late night and practice.

your instructor will usually tell you the route and prepare you for it.
