Is there such a thing as a council tax in singapore ? How would it be?

Also, can someone give me an idea of utility bills figs:

Water
Electricity
TV license
Condo facilities maintenance ...
etc...

For utilities, see this . You don't want a TV license, because Singaporean TV is crap, and condo maintenance is paid by your landlord, not you.
