Thanks to replying to my question. My fault for not asking sooner, but I know for next time!! You must make reservations in advanced at most of the larger hotels which serve the Sunday Brunch. We did secure a table at the Mariott on the corner of Scott & Orchard. We really enjoyed ourselves. and sat there for 3-4 hours. $55 adult, all you can drink alcohol an $16 each, plus all the GST, service taxes, etc. on top. We were happy with the result. It was our first outing like this and probably won't do it again until the next friend or relative stops over in Singapore. [/u]
