Cubana salsa

Hi all. I been doing salsa cubana in perth and i am coming home-hence, need a new place to continue. Where would be the best place to learn and dance socially? Hope to hear from the salsa maniacs back home!

u can try Union Square or Zenbar

Do u do salsa yrself..? Pathetic as it may sounds, i cant just rock up and wonder ard clubs on my own.. looks shonky..lol

Yes, female i am. I am also joining a class at jitterbugs tmr night. Its going to be judgment day for me-either i sink or swim (thats what the instructor said)... hmmm..
Anyway, I was told union square will have some dancing tmr night and if we could go together, that will be awesome.

Heard from a friend who salsa that there is a salsa party @ Gallery Hotel tonight.
2nd floor of Gallery Hotel (Cover is 10 or 15 dollars, inclusive of 1 drink)
Performances and free lesson. 1930 - 0000hrs.

Was at the Union square and they do great LA. Wish i can handle that..LOL

hi dear...thought u've gone missing after Union haha....
well i dont think ill be going to zenbar,
been there ones its pretty small place,
n heard not so much crowds there,
u can give it a try though, but they are doing LA salsa too rite?
some of my friends are from Zenbar too....
anyway, i went to Union last nite to practice with some classmates, weekdays are better cos not crowded ..
but i'll be going again tis friday,
are you keen to join?
so hows ur class? im doing the next level this week hehe...cant wait for it, very excited

you can find cool salsa places here for sure.
even thou here it is singapore style: very distant bodies and kind of alone dancing, but still very fun

Latin eh...??

very cool. Most of the instructors in Perth where i used to learnt are latin. Great Moves! What u said is quite true.. rather distant bodies while dancing...on the contrarary, i was told why they do LA Salsa here was because the lack of space in clubs.. but anyway..
If u dance cuban style, maybe we can go for some spin one of these days..
