Hello

I have a client who is a skin specialist/ dermatologist. His office and clinic is located in town (Orchard Road), and he caters to the expatriates in Singapore. If you'd like me to pass you his number, please PM or email me.
Here is the website
http://www.specialistskin.com You may want to specifically ask for a consultation with Dr Cheong Wai Kwong.
Hope that helps. Cheers

If you are still looking for one, try the national skin centre. It is located along thomson road.

Just some recommendation, Wheelock Place there is 2 doctors doing aesthetic, Paragon Medcal centre , there are a few. Can check that out , it is within Orchard. But If you are driving, I opt to go to Wheelock as it is out of ERP and parking are reasonably cheap. Good Luck!

The answer is yes, and the consultation is much cheaper and it is open to all.
