Travel/Health insurance - best cover?

I have been looking into getting 'health/travel insurance' and i want a very good cover. We travel around Asia a fair bit, although residing in Singapore.
What insurance companies are other expats using? i find many of the insurance companies only cover 'emergency situations', which excludes nearly every sort of health related illness.
