Waterside or Costa Rhu?

We are trying to decide between a place at Waterside or Costa Rhu. While the size of the Waterside apartment is considerably larger, Costa Rhu seems to have a greater sense of community and is quieter and more relaxed. We have a 19-month-old and an infant and would like to know if one
condo might be better for a friendly, family environment. Also interested in views about relative ease of public transportation in one of these
condos versus the other. Any additional comments would be very helpful as well.

From the Waterside you can reach alot of buses within a walkingdistance of 5 min. From here it takes 15 min + - to get to City hall.
Was living on the opposite side, at Crystal Rhu for some time and the area is quite good an relaxing. One thing though, the roads next to this place is quite busy at most hours
Easy to get a taxi at least

You may want to consider Sanctuary Green as another alternative. Its near the other
condos, but in a quieter area on Tan Jung Rhu Road. I just moved into a 4-bedroom 3 bath with 1700 sqf for $3K, not bad at all since its brand new. There is also a free shuttle that leaves every 1/2 hour and stops at the Kallang MRT, Parkway Parade, Suntec Mall, and a few other stops.

There is also a play group just outside
