Can anyone advise me how to get rid of the dark pigmentation on my inner thighs?

its usually caused by the friction rubbed between the thighs,
cos alot of pple think its dirt
i had this problem when my thighs were bigger, but i realized that its gone now when i lost inches on my thighs.
