money transfer to scandinavia

Hi!
I want to transfer money back to scandinavian bank (nordea) . Just wanted to ask from you is there any good ways to do that. I know that local banks (DBS, HSBC...), they take around 0.125% of the total money transfer or max 100 SGD. Plus 20 SGD of some admin costs. I think this is quite safe way to do it, but do you happen to know other ways and how much it would costs?
