maybe you want to ask your doctor to ask other mums who might be interested? and look up other message boards in singapore related to pregnancy... as this may not have enough pregnant women reading this/.

Hi. I'm a new mum-to-be too in my 12th week and due September. Would also love to meet other 'mums' in the same position to share experiences with. Can anyone recommend good places to meet other mums to be or any good antenatal / yoga classes?

A great pregnancy Yoga class is held at Swasth Yoga by Debra Wright. She really focuses on the individual and on prenatal bonding with baby. The breathing techniques she teaches are great to utilize during birthing. [email protected]
