The actor is Daniel Craig. And believe it or not, but when I saw "Munich" 2 weeks back, in which he is also acting, I thought he could be a James Bond... Little did I know this cool guy is the new James Bond.

Being a devoted fan of the James Bond movies since childhood, I can't wait to see this one, "Casino Royal", coming november.

Just now it showed on Channel 5 news, that Daniel Craig is being harassed by so called 'fans' of 'the real' James Bond, as Daniel is blond and thus cannot be playing James Bond....

What the f**ck!!!!!!

Being brown haired myself (lately..... ), I'd still vote for Daniel Craig:

macho, tough, right smile, cold, wellbuilt, cool.

No more Pierce Brosnan, Let's watch DANIEL CRAIG!!!!

(I didn't realise this was the new Bond either when I watched 'Munich'. Not a bad actor - but Brosnan was excellent, almost as good as Connery)

Ho hum Daniel Craig...not against him being blonde (as you could definitely call Roger Moore blonde) just find him boring and not very Bond like...Pierce Brosnan has placed the benchmark way too high for all new comers for me...( ) and I am an old Sean Connery fan as well...
This new one is way too dull and boring (IMO) and just not SEXY as a Bond has to be!

Here's what I don't get: Ordering a martini that is 'shaken not stirred' is ordering a weak martini. That's OK, I like them shaken too, but why does James always have to put on such airs of superiority, like this is the best way to drink it? Pansy...

Oh ya, and Sean Connery is the best Bond. I came of age with Roger Moore -- but Sean Connery -- he da man.

Connery gave Bond class, anyone who followed just spewed those inane one-liners, like 'butterhook", diluted the Bond mystique, puttinq facade before content, overproduction and effects over quality, feeding off the road Connery paved

don't know this new guy, but like U2 or REM, after the first two albums, not bad stuff, but yawn....

and why, why the attempt to ressurect Casino Royale, it is a classic which does not need to be re-done, this is not the 60s, it couldn't and shouldn't work
