What is the meaning of "MNC"? I always see this term appeared in this forum, but I have no idea on it.

MNC stands for Multi-National Company.

Yes, it would be considered an MNC of sorts. However, the term is usually applied to the global giants in oil, manufacturing, computers, communications, consumer goods, and logistics where they may be in hundreds of countries and have dozens to hundreds of offices or business units in each country. Most MNC's in this region have facilities India, Pakistan, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as facilities throughout the world.Tuenyi wrote:june_faerie:

Coca Cola and Citigroup are considered as Multi national companies since they do business in more than 75 countries and within a country having multiple offices.

Being a legal firm, you probably don't actually work for a company but a partnership. I work in auditing and our firm is represented in most countries in the world but I would never describe it as an MNC.
Obviously I don't know which firm you work for but as with most auditing firms they are not actually under common ownership they are more like big clubs all separate but using the same name.
Some legal firms are companies but without knowing your firm, I cannot tell. I presume you have Partners at the firm so I should be fairly obvious.
