Screening of Spanish Films (FREE!)

Hey people,
They'll be screening a series of Spanish films at the University Cultural Centre at NUS this friday and Sunday. It'll be at the courtyard so you can have like a picnic of sorts.
Friday's schedule
8 pm, Balseroes (Sundance and Toronto Film Fest award nominee)
10 pm Pedro Almodovar's What Have I Done to Deserve This
Sunday
The Red Squirrel (1993) 4 pm
Alejandro Amenabar's Thesis (1996) 6 pm
Check it out! Oh, did I mention that it's free?

Let's see if we can muster any troops from here. Ok, does anyone from here wanna meet up for this event? Maybe have dinner at the cafe (run by spageddies but charging student-friendly prices) first before we march on down to the UCC?

I was thinking perhaps most people have plans for Friday. What about having the meet up on Sunday?
The timing's pretty perfect too, you laze about till 2ish 3, come down to NUS by 4, watch a couple of movies while having a picnic, learn some Spanish, meet new people, have dinner and generally have a good time. Life should be like this everyday......
Oh yes, there's also an 8 pm screening of Rock School after those 2 movies (scroll up).

I went there on friday. Btw..it's not in the courtyard..you sit inside the room and watch it..(I have brought all my picnic set with my friends..haha..so funny). But the movie is really excellent, I really enjoy it.
