Where to take a bus to Melaka, Malaysia from Singapore

Hi,
How could I go to Melaka, Malaysia from Singapore by taking a bus? I'm living close to Ajunied MRT station right now. Could I know frequent is the bus? Thanks.

Most buses/tours going to Malaysia are coming from Golden Mile Complex..this is at Bridge Rd...nearest MRT station would be Lavender or Bugis. You can try there....

from lavender mrt,you just walk for about 20min.
if not take a taxi from your place,it less than $7

How's the schedule like for the buses at Golden Mile? 2pm,4pm,6pm,8pm?

Why noone proposes to go to Johor Bahru with the MRT, then a cheap malay taxi to JB Larkin bus station and then a bus to Melaka, prolly much cheaper than the one at Golden Mile? Waste of time? not practical enough? not cheaper?

how much is the cost for the whole journey taking Arjunied MRT to Johor checkpoint, and checkpoint to Larkin by taxi, and from Larkin to Meleka by bus?

I never heard about Arjunied lol so I cant tell but its the normal price for MRT!
After the Checkpoint, dont take the first cab, they dont use the fare meter and just want to cheat! You can walk 200meters on ur left direction the city to get a normal taxi using the meter, i dont remember how much it is but its not exp at all, esp if u go with friends. there are also some JB buses but I never tried. Larkin is not so near so the price is ok. To go to Melaka its 15RM, ard 7.5sgd
