Does anyone know a good beutician that does eye lash tinting?
Particularily in the Orchard, Tanglin or Holland Village area?

Call Sylvia's Secrets at 64690833. They do eyelash tinting and eyebrow tinting too.Salon is located on Bukit Timah Rd. In King's Arcade next to NTUC Coronation Plaza.

what is eyelash tinting for? i mean what does it do besides color ur lashes?

I can only speak for myself. I have my lash tinted so that i do not need to put on mascara.I t would be good if you as somebody professional like a beautician.
