Hi, would like to ask if there are any brand's foundation is good and it can cover up pores?

heard ettusais is good but i'm thinking of gathering some advices first before buying.

And also which kind of foundation is the best for covering pores and reduce shine on the face?

I'm using maybelline's 2 way compact powder now. Not very effective in covering up pores. Mayb liquid ones are more effective?

Any advice?

Yup ettusais is good. I'm using their makeup base. True, they cover the pores. U can try and its affordable.

actually, it is better to leave the pores like this and not use foundation. it would clog up the pores even more.
but if you have a important date , i would recommend using Ettusais.
do remember to use makeup remover when you get home and wash your face thoroughly.

Well, one could spend quite a sum to have pores covered dont forget to invest a good removal such as the reputable cleansing oil of Shu Uemura (oh man, the green one is about S$150) to get rid of it throughly

Isn't it hash to the face when the powder could stick it for the longer time and to have some sort of "detergent" to wipe it off later? pardon me for the exaggeration

agree that it'll need a really good cleanser. I heard fancl's mild cleansing's quite good. My friend's using it now and she said it's not as mild as it says and it's definitely much cheaper than shu uemura's

Has anyone tried fancl's cleansing before and able to comment on it?

And i think all foundation clog up the pores too. It's just the cleansing that's important to remove it.

actually, i don't think its appropriate to use cleansing OIL for face. i think it will make the skin worst? i don't know. this is just my personal opinion.

i am using Dior's cleansing milk for makeup. for people with sensitive skin. so far so good. cost $49 for 200ml.

I would recommend ZA's T-zone mask. Use that once or twice a week and your pores will be smaller and less obvious. Foundation or powder can be applied easily to skin after doing the mask. Avoid applying foundations to cover up the pores because you might clog them up and cause more skin problems later on.
