it's one of the best 99 LH
condo in the west... near the MRT, near amenities but a bit too close to HDB blocks....

Hi, I am living at the moment at the Mayfair and has no complains about it.
It has all the facilities needed even a bowling alley!
It never gets crowdy in any of these facilities.
I face the Parc Oasis, so, HDB is not a problem for me.
I like the fact that each flat has got their private lift.
It is only 5 year old.
All together, they offer a good price for a good standard
condo.
