technically "Gam Yu Lo" have always been used as a child pervert...

Apparently the child perverts in the 70's or 80's always take kids from their parents by saying "Oh I'll go and take you to see gold fish"... kids are being kids love animals... so they usually follow....

Thus these child perverts are "Gam Yu Lo"
