Which bank to open an a/c in Singapore

Which bank to open an a/c in Singapore, who has the best deals and ATMs ..been using HSBC in HK of course they rule HK..how are they in Singapore or any other banks that offer better service..

We opened at DBS because there was 'no fuss', eassy bank. Whether it's a good bank or not, don't know. So far it's okay for us.

It doesn't matter, they all suck. But if you want a local one, DBS/POSB has the meager advantage of having the most ATMs and branches.

I would suggest to open either a OCBC or UOB account. Everyone have a POSB or DBS account, which means that the quene to get money is never short, and I hate to quene.
OCBC or UOB atm machines are everywhere, and the quene is often 1/3 of DBS or POSB. Moreover, if you have an OCBC account, you can still use UOB atm (vice versa). I think its free for the first 2 transactions every month, and every subsequent transaction is 20cts.
