hi I just sign into my hotmail account, and saw this new window live mail beta which says has 2 GB of storage space. Thus, I upgraded my hotmail account to this window live mail beta but to my horror.............. all the important emails in my hotmail account are gone............ :x

That's very odd, I don't remember it doing that to my emails. I know that you can go back to using the old MSN email but whether that goes back to your old account I don't know. Maybe you should send them an email.

It hasn't affected my emails. It's just a replacement for the UI.

Mind you, it's a horrible replacement. MS really needs to learn how to do proper AJAX coding. The new Yahoo Mail hits it spot-on.

Quite strange. I've been using Live for quite some time ( Trapped due to the 2GB size. I miss the good old Hotmail Experience). True MS need to learns a ton from competetors.

Yes, I am sure if you look in your hotmail account there is a button somewhere where it asks you if you wish to go back to the old version of hotmail.
