to all ladies out there,

the secret of youth is to skip breakfast in the morning. only had two meals a day. ( i personally had a friend who is 36 years old but look like 26 reason being he never had breakfast in his entire life.)

why? because the body get oxidated and aged faster as we consume and digest food.

some men i met at mid twenties eat huge meals with high meat content were normally bald or fat, with poor skin texture and slow in thinking.

next, sleep for more than 12 hours a day for firm tight facial skin look.

plus, shower 3 times a day with milk and moistureriser.

follow by,drink more than 6 cup of tea a day for fight against oxidation of your body.

lastly, try to avoid the sun if possible and work out in the gymp.

OH GOSH! I DISAGREE WITH WHAT YOU HAVE SAID!!

1stly, the one who skips breakfast is the most foolish one. Y did i say it's important? Because it's the 1st course of our meal as all the food we taken in have been digested overnight & it helps alot for the rest of the day. Imagine you go hungry in the morning, do you think you can think/work or even look well?

As per your quote "why? because the body get oxidated and aged faster as we consume and digest food."

So should i assume that we must not consume food, isn't it?

For "eating huge meals with high meat content " I reckon one has to know his/her body well. Most important, to eat moderately, has limit with the food you take in (especially unhealthful food) & divide your food into several meals. So you won't ended up feeling sinful or bloated. And never ever eat or drink 1 hour before u r going to bed.

I never heard of "sleeping for more than 12 hours a day" mean any good.
Usually doctor/beautician will advise people to sleep early & wake up in the early morning. A 6-8hrs sleep is sufficient! Someone who sleep more than 12 hours, will live their life shorter. Believe or not, don't regret when things turn true.

The best drink to have everyday is mineral water. Neither costly nor fattening. Ensure to have 8 glasses per day for nice porcelain complexion.

The weather is indeed burning nowadays. So apply UV cream (on your face & not forgetting your arm/neck as well) when u intend to step out from your house.

Cuteguy88,
Congratulations on writing a piece of BS! Breakfast is one meal that should never be skipped ask any doctor or dietician. Baldness is genetic and I doubt that diet has much to do with slow thinking this is just a belief you have concocted to justify your own false claims.

Sleep more that12 hour’s day, that really is a ridiculous statement. The length of time one sleeps varies with every individual some people don't need more than four or five hours and a few manage on three of four hours and are perfectly healthy. The length of time you spend in bed will not make any difference to your facial skin. Bye the way the average person spends a third of their life in bed.

Plavt.
