Hey everyone, Just wanna share with you all....
Whether you are an avid whisky drinker or want to be introduced to the enjoyment of whisky drinking.. here's a nice place for you.
The other evening, I attended an opening of a new establishment called The Whisky Store which is located on Cairnhill Road in this cute old styled terrace house. THe establishment houses an impressive n extensive range of whiskies from all over the world, the prices are very reasonable, the setting was laid back and warm, accompanied with the friendly faces and the accomodating owners.
It's the type of place to go to after work and having chilled out evenings in the weekends with friends over some quality whiskies. This is not a place where you will find such brands as Chivas or Jack Daniel's that are widely distributed in every single bar in Singapore. Just to name some, there's Oban, Lagavulin, Laphroaig, Glenmorangie, Talisker and many more. They sell by the bottle & of course by the glass and you cannot beat the prices anywhere in Singapore.
The owners love their drink and it shows, I think it's worth a look for anyone who's interested in gettin to kno whisky or are already whisky lovers..
