How do i setup a 1900 chatline?

I would like to go into chatline business but where can i apply the audioline... had surf the net but no avail details ...anyone here can guide me.?

u still need info?
you need to use a server for that
the type of server cost around 100k...
u can rent from other big company
that is what they will offer:
you pay ur own $$$$ to advertise and marketing it
but the call profit , they need to earn 50-75% of the $$$$$ if you rent from them
if not, you need to buy your own server....
