Singapore Expats

Hi I'm new here and i need some help!

I am looking for wholesalers and retail outlets to purchase directly from in bulk for sale in Europe/New Zealand. I am planning to set up a base in Singapore and work with the Asian market, looking for wholesalers and retail outlets all around Asia and preferably for those which have contacts in Singapore to enable me to work easily from there.

I have been to Singapore quite a few times and have noticed items like clothes and watches which are on sale at 3 for $10. I am looking to purchase similar items from their factory outlets.

My options are open and the products I'm looking for range from fast selling fashion, jewellery, accessories, watches, hand bags, wallets, to men and women fashion clothings from suits to casual wear.

I hope some of you here with information/experience with wholesalers and factory outlets would be able to help me locate these places.

I am also looking to find out more about expo shows from China and around Asia which may be coming to Singapore any time soon (esp around the month of September) where the various products would be on show for retailers and buyers.

know the maufacturer of the embrodery cards you see sometimes in towns and the major book stores, my US friends really love those cards. Please pm me if you are interested in that. You can deal direct with them.

I had been in merchandising, buying, product sourcing and developmt for apparel, bags and accessories all these while, recently set up M-Forte Intelligence Service to go into these area of work as my own startup.

I don't understand why you want to purchase from wholesale & retail, don't you wish to maximise your profit margins! Why not go straight to the manufacturers. Try www.thegreenbook.com.sg or Singapore before you look at wholesale.
