hi All,
tried to organise a nite a few weeks ago and it fell apart ..
anybody interested in trying again? Tonight at 8.30.
Maybe spanish tapas bar at chijmes or clarke quay?
Open to suggestions .. new to Singapore also.

Looks like we're thinking along the same lines. I have a post right below yours, and at the exact same time, too!
Shall we try to settle on one place? I don't really have a preference.

Chijmes is ok.
If you guys don't know it yet, there are some nice places in Peranakan Place, Emerald Hill, as well.
It's just off Orchard Rd at Somerset and there are several places there, redone Shophouses. Very nice!
Could meet there. Otherwise, I'm up for Chijmes. Not sure I know exactly which on e the tapas place is though.....

great thing about singapore is just get in a taxi!!
lets make it simple, Id like somewhere where I can get bar food or something to snack on...
Lets make a decision .. harrys is good .. or spanish tapas bar at qlarke quat is also easy to find ..
