Anyone interested in a dinner club???

Hi There,
Singapore is such a foodie place.
Is there anyone interested in a dinner club??
I'm thinking Each week pick a place of varying $$prices so it is open to all budgets.
Minimum of 4 people to attend (otherwise no fun), maximum of 10 cause reservations would be too difficult.
