You will have to look hard at your problem or problems!
Then you will have to look at the alternatives, you have to solve those problems, at the cheapest cost, to yourself! Other than that, it's quite easy! If you want to sell the school, you will have to be well up to date on what the school is offering in terms of subjects, and benefits, why go to that school?

ka_roaming, be careful of people on the board trying to help when they are asking for you to provide information specific in nature. It is possible that these unscrupolous types will try to undercut or sabo you ideas for their own.
If you give out your contacts or potential clients you are just giving them a license to steal...........

You actually need to shop around, I do know Lancaster University have employeed a Chinese to recruit students to their University, you may wish to contact her and see what she is offering on commission for recruiting in Singapore, you could network for anyone.
She is well paid at 45k a year, the job was advertised on the Uni website, mind you the fees are in the region of 1 million Taiwan Dollar, that I do know, because a friend is there at the moment.
The course itself is not cheap
