New Mother/Baby Groups

My wife is having her second child in Dec somewhere in Singapore, we're hoping to stay on the east coast. I know in the UK baby groups exist which is good because she gets to make new friends and get out of the house etc .. Does anything similar happen in Singapore? I really hope she can make new friends as she can be a little shy until she gets to know people etc?
Any help would be great!

Plenty of mom & kids playgroups in Singapore, so not to worry. If you are planning to stay in the east coast area, there is an east coast moms support group too. Just check in when you get here and stick a post on the message board about moms group and you're bound to be provided with links or email addresses.
Good luck with your move!

Hi, how is your wife getting on, she must be heavily pregnant if due in dec? I understand how she feels being shy, so if she still fancies meeting up for a coffee somewhere i would love to. I moved to singapore last week with my husband and 2 children; aged three and a half and 15 months. Found it really hard when the 2nd one arrived, so good luck. I would love to hear from her, email me:

Thanks
