Well, I guess I can only intro you to a good hair stylist and they are the only people who can help reduce the damage..
you can go to jean yip tiong bahru and ask for Leslie.. tell him you intro by Angel.. he is very good when it comes to perming and colouring.
Good luck!

I feel really sorry for you but I have to say that perming previously damaged hair was probably about the worst thing you could do to it. Why did they let you do it?

I would not be returning to that hairdresser again.
The best thing I can recommend is to head to a decent hairdresser (obviously not the one who did this to you) and get a really good treatment and, well, a hair cut.
Nothing will really fix hair that has been damaged twice except cutting most of it off. Unfortunately something you have learnt the hard way.
