Singapore Expats

Have been wondering where should i stay when i start my training in Dec.

Would like to stay a place where it'll be convenient for me 2 go STC (during the 4 month training) & Changi Airport (when i commence flying).

Am not too familiar with Spore, especially the east area.

Wonder what's the market rate to rent a room too.

Any suggestions from the forum?

Hey!

I think I would recommend you Simei or Tampines. These two places are some of the nearest residential places near Changi Airport. From Tampines / Simei to the Airport, it take approximately about 10-15 mins by taxi i think.

As for the market price, i'm not really sure. maybe about 350-500/mth a room?

I think i wanna stay at Tampines area, that place seems to be more happening.

I have placed an ad on internet but still no response yet.

Any1 of u who has gotten contacts or know any room for rent at Tampines?

R u a Malaysian? Have u ever consider to stay at Pasir Ris area?there is also another place where SIA crews staying at..
