Job for Indian educated, experienced English teacher

My wife is MA (English) and BEd from Surat, India. Has teaching experience of 10 years (4.5 years in graduate college, 5 years in leading coaching classes). Are these degrees valid in Singapore ? Can you suggest a suitable career opportunity.
